Questions for your plumber and electrician

  • Which bathroom zones does the new layout put the lights, fan and sockets in?
  • Does the electrical work need notifying under Part P, and who will certify it?
  • Does the floor need tanking or a waterproof membrane in the shower area?
  • Can the waste pipes reach the new positions with enough fall?
